Specialist referral is sometimes required in patient care. It is Malvern vet policy to always offer referral  to a specialist when it is in the best interests of the patient. We have a specialist in internal medicine who frequently visits the practice as well as a specialist surgeon who frequently performs surgery on premises to avoid patient relocation.
